On Spoken English Classroom Teaching in Elementary Schools
Abstract
According to the requirements of Ministry of Education, Chinese students should study English from Grade 3 in elementary schools. So some research about spoken English classroom teaching becomes deeper and deeper than before. In this thesis, the author analyzes the present situation and the features of spoken English teaching in Chinese elementary schools in the first two parts, and in the third part, according to the author’s experience and Zhong Yiping’s “children’s psychology theory”, the author analyzes and proposes three useful teaching approaches: imitation, teaching method respectively. Meanwhile, the author also sets several examples in this thesis to show how to practice these teaching methods, in the hope of giving some suggestions in spoken English teaching in elementary schools.

摘 要
根據教育部的要求，我國基礎教育階段從小學3年級開設英語課程。隨着小學英語課的`逐步推廣，關於小學英語教學方面的討論和研究不斷深入。本文正是從分析小學英語口語教學的現狀及重要意義入手，並結合小學生英語學習的特點和自身的教學經驗，以培養小學生英語學習興趣，探索小學生英語學習方法爲出發點，透過分析指出：圖片描述教學方式、模仿教學方式、小組活動教學方式分別體現了任務型教學法、情景教學法、交際教學法的要求，而且這些方式在激發小學生英語學習的興趣，培養學生英語口語能力方面能起到較好的效果。
