我國農村金融建設存在的問題及對策研究
摘 要;市場經濟條件下,金融成爲經濟發展的核心,決定着經濟發展的速度和效率。農村金融的建設成爲影響現代農業發展和產出增長的關鍵因素，對於建設新農村這1主題來說，也是非常關鍵的`1項措施。本文首先闡述了加強農村金融建設的意義及必要性，接着重點分析了農村金融建設存在的問題，針對農村金融資源配置及金融服務等方面的問題，提出了優化農村金融資源配置、消除金融抑制、重構農村金融體系、完善金融環境等具有現實意義的對策。

The rural construction becomes key factor affecting modern agriculture developing and outputting, regarding constructs new countryside this subject to say, also is an extremely essential measure. This article first describes the strengthening of rural financial significance and the necessity of. Then focus of the rural financial problems in the construction, targeting rural allocation of financial resources, financial services and other issues, optimize the allocation of financial resources in rural areas. Elimination of financial restraint, reconstruction of rural financial system,improve the financial environment with realistic significance countermeasures.
