摘 要
陪審制度具有有利於司法民主、司法公正、公開、廉潔,有利於彌補法官知識不足等價值,因此我國仍應保留這項制度,並且應在此基礎上對該項制度進行完善。文章主要分析陪審制度的'作用及存在的必要性,探討了我國陪審制度的現狀與缺陷,提出若干關於我國陪審制度改革完善的設想。

Abstract
An important content that the administration of justice has reformed at present already of jury means that the national judicial organ absorbs a non-professional judge as the judge while trying the case,try a kind of judicial system of the case together with professional judge or judge,it is the important way to realize judicial article is from the historical evdation of the jury system of our country and comparison of the current situation mainly,aralyse that introduce the function .
