摘要
進入21世紀，科學技術有着飛速的發展，伴隨着科學技術的發展機械製造技術也有了較大的發展。
在實際生產中，標準減速器不可能完全滿足機械社備的各種功能要求，故常常還要自行設計非標準的減速器，而非標準的減速器又有通用和專用兩種，而本次主要介紹刮板鏈式運輸機三級圓錐齒輪減速器的設計。
面對我國經濟近年來的快速發展，機械行業的壯大，在國民經濟中佔重要地位的製造業領域得以健康快速的發展。由於減速器應用廣泛，爲了提高質量，降低成本，便於專業化生產和用戶選用，使得作爲製造行業重要設備的各類機加工藝裝備也有了許多新的變化。
設計既是產品開發週期中的關鍵環節，有貫穿於產品開發過程的始終。設計決定了實現產品功能和目標的方案，結構和選材。製造手段以及產品執行，使用和維修方法。設計不合理會導致產品功能不完善，成本提高或可靠性，安全性不好。嚴重的設計不合理甚至會造成的產品不能用或產品製造不出來，導致產品開發失敗。
減速器的裝配圖是用來表達減速器的工作原理及各零件間裝配關係的圖樣，也是製造、裝配減速器和拆繪減速器零件圖的依據，故附減速器裝配圖。

前 言
煤炭是重要的能源之一，在世界範圍內的使用僅次於石油，屬於世界第二大使用能源。那麼，這些深埋在低地餓資源是如何從地下運輸到地面的？
整個流水線是這樣的，在採區裏，有采煤機把煤採下來，然後至刮板運輸機上，整個流水線由幾臺大刮板運輸機組成，煤運至刮板運輸機盡頭，下面由礦車運輸到地面。
