輪胎壓路機簡支式後輪驅動裝置結構設計(II)

摘要:本文對YL25C型輪胎壓路機後輪驅動裝置結構設計進行了闡述。在設計過程中,提出3種比較理想的結構方案,並對3種方案進行了詳細的優缺點分析,最終選定了簡支式結構方案。本文對液壓馬達、減速機、軸承等元件的選型也做了比較詳細的計算,對軸的強度進行強度計算與校覈、對軸承進行壽命計算分析。運用Pro/E對所有的0部件進行建模,建模完成後進行了干涉分析、運動仿真、結構裝拆順序動畫的製作。還透過Pro/e的.有限元分析對軸和機架焊接件進行了有限元分析,針對機架焊接件有限元分析結果,提出機架焊接件結構改進的方案。完成了主要0件的工程圖繪製和加工工藝過程分析。

The Structural Design about the Simple Supported Rear Drive of Tyre Road Roller

Abstrct: The paper expatiates on the structural design about the rear drive device of tyre road roller. The paper puts forward three structures during the design work, then analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of them in detail, finally chooses a simple supported type structure to use in the design. The paper does much calculation work to choose the right model of the components, such as hydraulic motor, reducer and bearing. The paper checks the strength of the shaft and the service life of the bearing by calculation and analysis. All the parts and components of the device are modeled in using Pro/E. The paper analyzes the interference among parts and components, executes the mechanical motion emulation, and works out an animation about the assembled and unassembled process of the device after the modeling work. The paper uses finite element analysis function in the Pro/E to do finite element analysis work on shaft and supported framework, then makes a structural improvement about the supported framework by using the result of finite element analysis work. The paper also works out drawings and process planning of some major parts and components.
