阿魏酸鈉治療老年人不穩定型心絞痛的臨牀觀察

阿魏酸鈉治療老年人不穩定型心絞痛的`臨牀觀察 ［摘要］ 目的 觀察阿魏酸鈉注射液治療老年人不穩定型心絞痛（UA）的療效及安全性。方法 40例不穩定型心絞痛患者隨機分爲兩組，20例爲對照組，20例爲治療組，均常規應用硝酸酯製劑、β受體阻滯劑、阿司匹林，同時治療組予阿魏酸鈉注射液300 mg加入5% GS或0.9% NS 250 ml中靜滴，每日1次，共14天，進行臨牀觀察。結果 治療組療效優於對照組。結論 阿魏酸鈉在老年人不穩定型心絞痛治療中效果顯著、副作用小，較爲安全。
