基於電子商務的物流治理模式研究

摘要: 隨着電子商務的迅猛發展, 物流業被提到了前所未有的高度, 但我國物流發展的現狀卻成爲制約電子商務發展的`瓶頸。本文分析了當前電子商務物流治理的現狀，闡述了物流一體化和專業的第三方物流的發展，並提出了適合中國國情的綜合物流代理模式。

　　Abstract: With the rapid development of the E-commerce (Electronic Commerce), logistics was brought to the unprecedented height. But the state of our country's logistics has already become a big bottleneck to the development of E-commerce. The *** analyses the current situation of E-commerce logistics management ,states the development of integrated logistics and third party logisticsand put forwardsthe logistic agent mode. which is suitable for the situation of China.
