論中國西部地區的經濟後發優勢
摘 要：中國西部地區經濟發展有着舉足輕重的地位，根據“後發優勢”理論,西部地區具有技術上、制度上、資源上和區位上的“後發優勢”。如何利用中國西部地區的資源條件便成爲西部地區經濟發展的關鍵。本文首先闡述了後發優勢理論的基本原理，然後分析了西部地區經濟發展的`“後發優勢”及其面臨的發揮困境，最後指出了發揮西部地區經濟“後發優勢”的政策建議。

On the Economic Backward Advantage of the Western China

Abstract: The Western China’s economic development is very important to China, according to the theory of “backward advantage” the region to enjoy “backward advantage” in technology, institution, resources and location. So how to use the Western China’s resources to develop the Western economy is a key to the Western. The paper, first gives introduction of the “backward advantage” theory. Then, points out the Western China “backward advantages” and analyses the difficulties of development of it’s “backward advantages”. Final, also points out some suggestion how to use the Western China’s “backward advantage” resources.
