China has removed the minimum capital requirements for registering a new company, among other reforms aimed at lowering the threshold for business startups and stimulating the private economy.
在新近推行的改革措施中，中國取消了註冊新公司的最低資本要求，目的'是降低創業門檻，促進私有經濟的發展。
上文中的business startups就是“創業”。原來成立limited liability company（有限責任公司）、individual company（個體企業）和incorporated company（股份有限公司）分別需要3萬元、10萬元和500萬元的minimum registered capital（最低註冊資本），現在這些要求都將被取消。
