有應聘者說，雖然空乘工作很累，但是體面且薪水豐厚。海航工作人員表示認可，“在海航，一般剛進的空乘人員月薪五六千左右，如果飛國際航線月薪至少上萬。”
據瞭解，目前各大航空公司密集招聘空乘，最重要的原因是缺口變大。不過，也有業內人士透露，頻繁招聘的`另一個原因是空姐流失嚴重。
該人士解釋說，如今航空公司招聘空姐，幾乎都採取“勞務工”的用工方式，與新招空姐簽訂5年或10年的聘用合同，到期可不續聘。工作穩定性和歸屬感下降，使得空姐一旦找到更好的出路，就會立馬辭職。
也許正是在這種大背景下，空姐“門檻”才越來越低，只要綜合素質好，即使只有高中或者中專學歷也行。
