技巧一：注意英語時態的變化運用
應聘者在參加英語面試前大都作過充分的語言知識的準備與練習。那麼在衆多的英語語法規則中爲什麼要單獨強調時態的運用呢?其一是因爲由於和漢語的表達習慣不同，這是一個口語中極其常見的錯誤。但同時來說，時態又是比較基本的語法點，一旦用錯，會讓面試官對面試者的英語能力產生質疑。其二是因爲在面試過程中，往往會涉及到很多關於個人經歷，教育背景，工作經驗，職業規劃等方面的問題，因此在表述某件事情或是某個想法的時候，一定要注意配合正確的時態，否則就會造成差之毫釐，失之千里的後果。
