摘要：基於海德格爾的解釋學，迦達默爾也對於人的“理解”進行了檢討。他認爲，人們在進行文字解釋之前，必然已經具備了一個“前觀念”，而這個“前觀念”依賴於由人的解釋所構成的'傳統。相對於文字解釋，傳統是一種“過濾器”，它着人們“前觀念”的形成，影響着人們對於文字的理解和解釋。不過，迦達默爾拒絕了黑格爾關於“進步”的觀念，他否認文字解釋之間存在着“進步”的關係。迦達默爾的解釋理論使得文字永遠處於“開放”的狀態,它告訴我們，我們應該對於不存在單一的、最終的、正確的或“真正的”答案感到欣慰。當然，依照迦達默爾的邏輯，我們也必須同時要理解這些答案可能也會改變。這便是迦達默爾解釋學思想的魅力所在。;
