隨着Internet技術的發展，人們的日常生活已經離不開網絡。未來社會人們的生活和工作將越來越依賴於數字技術的發展，越來越數字化、網絡化、電子化、虛擬化。求職招聘系統也隨着網絡的發展日益貼近人們的生活。Internet的發展歷程以及目前的應用狀況和發展趨勢，可以充分地相信網絡技術將極大的改變我們的生活和工作方式，甚至社會的.價值觀也會發生某種變化。
找工作是當今時代的1個非常熱門的話題，求職者如何找到1份理想的工作？用人單位如何找到自己所需要的人才？Internet的出現很好的解決了這問題。本篇論文詳細講解了利用ASP技術及Winxp_sp2，IIS5.1， FrontPage 2003， ACCESS 2003，Sqlserver2000，IE6.0等軟件工具製作求職網站的建立和開發的過程。，主要內容有以下幾個方面: 1.概述 2.相關技術及開發環境介紹3.概要設計4.詳細設計5.系統安裝與執行6.系統測試。
