19世紀英國婦女工資狀況研究及看法
【內容提要】19世紀英國婦女的工資水平在不同行業、不同時期存在差異,從總體上看,她們的`工資收入都低於同行業男性,屬於社會上的低收入人羣。究其原因,主要是在傳統的“男主外女主內”觀念下,婦女沒有得到與男性平等的技能教育,資產階級的工資理論、工會運動、國家立法都運用這一觀念,維護男性的性別優勢,使婦女處於從屬地位。因此,要改變婦女的性別劣勢,不僅需要經濟、政治現代化提供物質條件,而且更需要一場破除傳統觀念的革命。 【摘 要 題】世界婦女 【英文摘要】In the 19th century the differences of British womens' pay existed in different trades and at different times. On the whole women' s pay was lower than the man' s in the same trade and women belonged to the low-pay group. That resulted from the traditional idea that men are in charge of external affairs while women in chareg of internal affairs and women couldn' t get equal skill training as men. With this viewpoint the bourgeois theory of pay, trade union movement and state legislation all maintained men' s sex advantage and made women subordinate to men. So the change of women' s sex disadvantage not only demands the material conditions of economic and political modernization but a revolution to do away with traditional ideas. 【關 鍵 詞】英國婦女/性別工資/男主外女主內
