一.什麼是STAR法則?

STAR法則詳解

The STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format is a job interview technique used by interviewers to gather all the relevant information about a specific capability that the job requires. This interview format is said to have a higher degree of predictability of future on-the-job performance than the traditional interview.

STAR法則是情境(situation)、任務(task)、行動(action)、結果(result)四項的縮寫。STAR法則是一種常常被面試官使用的工具,用來收集面試者與工作相關的具體資訊和能力。STAR法則比起傳統的面試手法來說,可以更精確地預測面試者未來的工作表現。

Situation: The interviewer wants you to present a recent challenge and situation in which you found yourself.

情境:面試官希望你能描述一個最近遇到的挑戰或情況。

Task: What did you have to achieve? The interviewer will be looking to see what you were trying to achieve from the situation.

任務:你必須要完成什麼任務?面試者想要知道的是你在上述情境下如何去明確自己的任務。

Action: What did you do? The interviewer will be looking for information on what you did, why you did it and what were the alternatives.

行動:你做了什麼?面試官想要了解的是你做了什麼?爲什麼做?有沒有替代方案?

Results: What was the outcome of your actions? What did you achieve through your actions and did you meet your objectives. What did you learn from this experience and have you used this learning since?

結果:你行動的結果是什麼?從你的.行動中,你得到了什麼?有沒有完成你的目標?你從中獲得了什麼經驗教訓?之後有沒有用到這些經驗?

二法則的實際運用

在寫簡歷和麪試時,我們都需要描述工作經驗或個人經歷。這時,用STAR法則來建立一個個人事件模組,讓HR可以更好地透過你過去的經歷來判斷你的個人能力和工作潛質。

第一步:將每個經歷(實習經歷/社團活動/工作項目等)都按照STAR法則要求的四點一一列出;

第二步:挖掘閃光點。從列好的事件模組中,找出能體現自身能力、優勢的閃光點,比如領導能力、溝通能力、適應能力、
