個人英文求職信的寫法
寫給招聘員工：信件的開始寫上日期。空兩行寫上招聘員工的全名，名字之前加上Mr.或者Ms。然後列出招聘員工的頭銜、司公名字和地址。如果你不知道招聘員工的名字，簡單的寫上司公名字和地址吧。
打招呼：信頭寫完空兩行，即使你已經見過招聘員工，也要寫上“Dear Mr.”或者“Ms.” 加上他或她的姓和一個冒號向他致意。一下子就變得很不正式會很不業專。如果你不知道招聘員工的名字，寫上“給相關負責人”。
推銷己自：第二段是最重要的：這是推銷己自的時候。簡短的說說你有什麼證書，但是不要重述歷簡上的內容。列出你在之前的作工、實習或者志願作工中取得過什麼相關的重大成就。透過突出你的應用能力來強調你很適合這份作工。如果是迴應招聘廣告，你就有一個優勢：你已經知道作工需求了，確保你對這些要求做出了說明。
取悅你的讀者：第三段應該闡明你爲什麼希望在這家特別的司公作工。解釋一下爲什麼你和司公很搭。讓招聘員工瞭解你已經做過調查研究。說說司公最近發生的一件事情或者表達出你對司公里並不廣爲人知的一個方面的興趣。記住：每個人都喜歡聽好話，但是，別做過頭。
結尾段：結尾段應該只有幾個句子。感謝招聘員工閱讀你的信，然後提出面試要求並留下你的電話號碼，或者主動點，說明一週內你會打電話跟進，然後記得去做。
