八、括號弧線外要留空格，弧線內不要。

十、正確使用各種短橫：em dash (—) 是破折號，en dash (–) 用來連接年份、時間，是「到」的意思，hyphen (-) 是連字元。

注意：
1. 若寫作時用兩個 hyphen (--) 代替破折號，Word 等文書處理軟件會自動將其轉爲 em dash。有鑑於 em dash 輸入不便(Mac 上是 shift + option + -)，這也是英文寫作通用的替代法。
2. 破折號(em dash)兩端可各留一半角空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習慣之不同，無對錯之分。惟請在同一份簡歷中保持統一。
