摘要：資金是企業組織生產，經營的前提條件。任何1個企業:爲了保證生產經營的.正常進行，必須擁有1定數量的資金。另外，由於臨時性生產的需要或適應市場要求變化，擴大適銷產品的生產規模，研製開發新產品，在內部資金不足的情況下，企業還需籌措資金，以增強自身的經濟實力，在激烈的市場競爭中立於不敗之地。雖然企業有多種渠道籌資，但負債籌資有其相對的優越性,多爲企業所採用。這種策略給企業帶來巨大經濟效益的同時，也產生了1些不容忽視的負面作用。因此,我們在採用負債時，合理負債，就成爲我們所必須解決的1個問題。
