醫藥0售行業利潤分析
摘 要：在現今的醫藥0售市場上，競爭日趨白熱化，被人們稱爲永遠的`朝陽行業的醫藥行業已不再如往日那般風光，利潤已經嚴重下滑。中國醫藥0售行業主要存在行業利潤額下降，行業經營模式散亂，,惡性價格競爭嚴重，未形成現代物流模式使物流費用居高不下，專業人才缺口大等問題。本文對目前我國醫藥0售企業存在的問題進行了剖析，並針對這些問題提出解決的方案， 從不同的方面來分析，爲促進醫藥0售企業的發展進行了1些探討。從銷售收入與成本，費用等來進行分析。提出大力推進醫藥0售業的併購、重組;創立醫藥商業品牌，走特色經營之路;完善總代理、總經銷制， 推進藥品電子商務模式；發展現代醫藥物流模式，降低物流費用，加強資金的管理與培養專業人才等方法來增強醫藥0售企業的競爭力；從大型化、規模化、連鎖化、多元化經營、提高藥學服務質量、培育品牌價值等方面提出了醫藥0售企業發展的建議。
