人物介紹: Cindy是應屆畢業的大學生,她成功透過校園招聘的筆試環節,來到夢寐以求的這家外企面試,這是她的第二輪面試,與人力資源部總監Caroline的對話就此展開。

場景一:見面問好。

Caroline: Nice to meet you, Cindy. I’m Caroline,HRD of the company. Please have a seat.

Caroline: 很高興認識你Cindy。我是人力資源總監Caroline,請坐。

Cindy: Nice to meet you, Ms. Caroline.

Cindy: 你好Caroline女士。

場景二:測試應聘者對公司的瞭解程度。

Caroline: From reviewing your resume, I can see that you performed excellently I want to know is why you think you’re right for this job.

Caroline: 從你的簡歷,我可以看出你在校時很優秀。我想知道爲什麼你認爲你適合這份工作。

Cindy: I am always interested in news coming from your industry, and I’m deeplyimpressedby your company’s sales performance. To have risen 200-percent in the domesticmarket overjust the past three years is an incredible feat. I also admire and agree with theemployeedevelopmental values that the company has adopted. I find that my personal goalsand ideasabout business operations fit perfectly with the companys goals and missionstatement.

Cindy: 我一直關注你們行業的新聞,公司在過去三年裏中國市場的業績增長了兩倍,這給我留下了很深的印象。同時我也很喜歡貴公司培養員工的企業文化。我覺得我的個人發展目標、商業理念和公司的目標完全吻合。

Caroline: So you are well aware of our company. It appears that you have done yourfairshare of research.

Caroline: 你對我們公司很瞭解,看來你提前做了很多功課啊。

Cindy: Yes, in addition to judging whether I am the right fit for C&C, I believe that itsalsocrucial for me to know if this company is right for me. Ive been impressed by the serviceprovidedhere by everyone from the receptionist to the assistant. I am confident that I will havea veryrewarding and successful career here.

Cindy: 是的,除了判斷我是否符合C&C的要求外,瞭解公司是否適合我也很關鍵。從前臺到助理的接待都給我留下了深刻印象,我覺得我在這兒能開創有價值而且成功的事業。

場景三:團隊合作。

Caroline: Commitment to the company and the team is very important to us here.

Caroline: 在我們這裏,對公司以及團隊的責任是非常重要的。

Cindy: I am very responsible. Whenever I have been assigned to complete a certain task,myteacher and classmates could always count on me to achieve the stated task. There is alsononeed to remind me of what I should do. I enjoy intermingling and doing things with others.

Cindy: 我很有責任心,如果讓我負責一件事,老師和同學們都會很放心。而且我用不着別人提醒我該做什麼。我喜歡與人相處,以及和別人一起做事情。

A: I see by your resume that you have been working? 從你的簡歷可以看出你一直在工作。

B: Yes, I have worked for two years with an American Company. 是的,我在一家美國公司工作過 2 年。

A: Tell me what you know about our company please. 請告訴我對於本公司你知道些什麼?

B: Well, the company was founded in New York in 1950 by Mark Ward, who was the first president. It has 1 billion dollars in capital; it employs 5,000 people, and it is the largest company in its field in the States. 好的,1950 年 Mark Ward,公司首任董事長在紐約創立公司。資本額爲 10 億美金,有 5,000 僱員, 是美 國同行業中最大的企業。

A: What do you know about our major products and our share of the market? 關於本公司的'產品和市場份 額你知道些什麼?

B: Your companys products are mostly marketed in Europe and the United States, but particularly has sold very well here in China. So I think in the future youll find China to be a profitable market as well. 貴 公司的產品主要在歐洲、美國市場銷售,但是在中國市場的銷路非常好,所以我想你會發現中國也是一個 容易賺錢的市場。

A: What made you decide to change your job? 你爲什麼決定換工作?

B: I would like to get a job in which I can further develop my career. 我想找一個工作進一步發展自己的事 業。

A: May I ask you why you left the former company? 可以問一下你爲什麼離開以前的公司?

B: Because I want to change my working environment and seek new challenges. 因爲我想換一下工作環 境,迎接新的挑戰。
