很佩服寶潔的辦事效率。從2月中網上申請，到3月中進行託業筆試，第一次面試，RT筆試，到4月7號終面，直至12號給口頭Offer，真是快得驚人。單是這一點，很多公司就已經比不上了。白天網上和阿Wing妹妹聊天時，談到面試的情況，於是趁還沒有把面試經歷徹底忘乾淨之前，整理出一些經驗，和大家分享。也希望所以和阿Wing妹妹一樣努力在找工作的各位好運，尋得滿意的工作。

TOEIC 託業英語考試
時間：2010年3月20日下午2：00-4：30;
地點：廣州，廣外藝綜合樓308;
內容：和之前看到的2005年6月樣題基本類似，100道聽力題，100道閱讀題，必須用2B鉛筆塗寫答題紙。
注意事項：整體感覺題目並不難，主要考察如何在商業環境中使用英語，只有個別幾個問題需要多花些時間考慮，或者有些是模棱兩可。關鍵是如何長時間保持注意力集中，答聽力題的中間，我就好幾次走神。所以，建議提前做一下樣題，瞭解題型和內容，並做好應對長時間聽力的心理準備。
第一次面試
時間：2010年3月24日星期三，1：00PM-1：40PM
地點：廣州市中泰國際B塔，寶潔總部
面試部門：產品供應部，第一次面試
面試官：潘浩經理(Ray)，口腔護理產品物流部門主管
面試者背景：國內重點工程本科，港校工程碩士，實習經驗不算豐富。
語言：普通話
風格：刨根問底，緊張嚴肅。
內容：典型的寶潔八大問題，個人簡歷上的問題，向面試官提問。
1.介紹一下目前爲止你感到最自豪，最有成就感的一件事情?是個人的項目還是團隊合作的?有沒有遇到特別的困難?如果現在要你重新做一遍，你會採取什麼不同的方法去做，會有哪些改變?
反思之處：有些不夠簡潔;回答“不同的方法或改變”時，我說“會做得更快更有效率，因爲積累了經驗……”，感覺態度不夠積極。中間陳述時也有些忽略了團隊合作的細節資訊，顯得有些個人主義。
2.介紹一下一個團隊合作的例子，你發揮了領導能力，並最終實現預期的目標?有沒有遇到衝突，你是怎麼解決的?
反思之處：絮絮叨叨，沒有切中要點;談到自己主動擔任項目協調人，調動大家的積極性，組織小組討論，確定項目目標、架構、時間表，明確分工;沒來得及說項目的結果。衝突問題，我談了關於“distribution channel”的分歧，一組選擇使用公司自己的團隊，一組選擇外包給第三方物流;我的解決方案是傾聽他們各自的理由，並按照數據做出選擇，兩者融合在一起。
3.介紹一個你同時要做很多事情，而且這些事情表面上是有衝突的情況下，你是如何排序，如何處理的?
反思之處：這個問題回答得不徹底，沒有講分析後的結果，也沒有闡述“表面看起來有衝突”。
4.在你的簡歷中，你說曾經設計了物料配送系統，將物料配送時間降低了50%左右，請問你是具體怎麼做的?你這樣做肯定會增加倉庫的負擔，請問你怎麼說服他們?這樣的改變，你是怎麼說服老闆的?
答：收集資訊與反饋，瞭解生產部門的實際需要，考覈倉庫工作量——分析採取新的物料配送系統將節省的費用，與現行制度浪費的成本進行分析，用事實說話——闡述新系統的好處和意義，說服執行部門——階段性反饋和改進，評估成果。
反思之處：沒能很好地闡述執行過程中遇到的反抗，以及不斷改進的循環;語言不夠簡潔，介紹了太多背景資訊，沒有提到團隊合作，等。
5.我提問：
a)請問產品供應部的培訓是怎樣的?
b)請問你個人長久留在寶潔的'理由是什麼?只說一點就好。
答：寶潔的文化，價值，標準化運作，等等，比較官方。
反思之處：面試官一聽到我第二個問題就很鬱悶了，他忍不住直接問“今天上午我面了6個人，你是第七個問這個問題的。你們是不是都上網看面經啊……”然後可能意識到自己態度有些不耐煩，還是話鋒一轉，開始官腔了。教訓就是，問問題要有新意，論壇上那些問爛了的題目就不要再拿出來糊弄面試官了。這肯定會影響他對我的印象，心裏沒準兒再說“又是一個不動腦子的”……真是鬱悶啊。
總結：
寶潔的面試一貫以親切著稱，但我感覺挺嚴肅的，而且很多事情還沒來得及闡述清楚，就換題目了。面試官頻頻看時間，雖然估計是因爲面試程序有這樣的要求，但是還是影響到我面試的心情和發揮，感覺他很趕時間。開場白也很官腔，只說了一句“你的經歷很豐富啊，很不錯，還去了臺灣……”，根本沒有什麼讓你進入狀態的對話，直接就開始八大問了。所以，我得到的教訓是——絕對不能一昧地相信論壇裏前輩們的經驗之談，不同的面試官風格會完全不同，還是要做好打一場硬仗，全力迎戰的準備。
另一個最深刻的體會是自己的語言表達能力，根本沒有想象中那麼強。即使在腦子裏過了好幾遍答案，真正從嘴裏說出來卻可能是完全不同的樣子，所以，模擬面試時一定要真的開口，只記在腦子裏或者紙上的效果會大打折扣的。

注意事項：找樣題練習一下，熟能生巧，總體來說不難，關鍵是控制好時間。
第二次面試
時間：2010年4月7日星期三，4：30PM-5：20PM，50分鐘
地點：廣州市中泰國際B塔32F，寶潔總部
面試部門：產品供應部，第二次面試/終面
面試官：三位男士，兩個中國人，一個德國人，均爲PS高層，在寶潔工作多年
語言：English
風格：刨根問底，節奏緊湊。一人負責主要提問;德國人最後纔開始提問，非八大問範疇。
內容：圍繞寶潔八大問題展開，個人簡歷相關的問題，最後向面試官提問。

Hint: I thought that they wanted to know your desire to join P&G and how much passion you had towards P&G. My answer was not a good one, I think. Because I said, “Yes, I did apply for other companies. And I got some positive responses as well. But P&G will definitely be my preferable employer. ” And I also said “If P&G rejects me, I will consider other companies.” Anyway, life will still go on even when you cannot join P&G. I am quite frank on this question.

Hint: Never copy others’ questions, especially those on BBS sharing. Try to ask something that you are really interested in and related to the job. I asked about long term strategy and distribution channels. But it seemed that both were confidential topics, so I only got rough answers.
Summary
aration is of critical important to any interview, especially for the detail oriented style of P&G. Learn the typical 8 questions carefully and ensure you are really familiar with your CV. Do not memorize the answers, since it makes your expression unnatural.
grity or honesty is a basic requirement. So do not lie or make up stories. But you can always package your past experiences in different ways. How to sell yourself effectively is always a must-gain skill.
al dressing is to show your respect to the interviewer and the company. So get the suit ready before the interview.
ent yourself actively by using eye contact and smile. During the interview, even when you are nervous, you should never show it. Try your best to communicate with the interviewers and let them know you better through the interview. But always bear in mind: you and the company are equal and this is a two-way selection process.
confident and always trust yourself. It is normal that people have different exposures and life tracks, so do not underestimate yourself. Everyone is unique and will sooner or later find a desirable employer. The company will choose the most suitable applicants rather than the best candidates.
無論最後結果如何，我都覺得申請寶潔是值得的。面試寶潔令我更加了解自己，知道自己欠缺的能力，還回顧了自己曾經做過的很多事情，令我更有自信，對準備其他公司的申請也非常有參考價值。幸運的是，我最終拿到了offer。關鍵是一切都要靠自己爭取，大家加油吧!
