很多求職者，在面試時，因爲有足夠面試經驗，知道如何準備面試，最後都能遊刃有餘完成面試。但是這樣表現僅僅在於中文來面試或者在國內企業面試，但是如果換成外企或者是在國外求職面試時候，往往再強“麪霸”都會打個6,7折。對於將要有一場英文面試朋友來說，最好還是面試前做好充足準備，也許你英文已經夠流利，但是面試不只是普通交流，而且面試前一定要徹底解公司背景，同時一定要懂得英文面試技巧，這樣話我們才能更好來準備面試，和在面試過程中順利發揮我們水平。
面試在求職過程中，可以說是壓力最大一個環節。面對外國老闆連珠炮似提問，如果能回答得從容不迫、簡明扼要，恰當中肯，而且合乎老外口味，那麼肯定會大大增加你錄用機會。以下經驗就是有關英文面試一些準備和技巧，希望提供大家參考。
一、英語面試前準備：
1. 準備好所有證書材料，譬如與專業能力相關資格證書，或參加 培訓 資料，最好和應徵職務有直接關聯，不但可證明自己在這一方面所做努力，也表示具有這個潛能。
2. 面試時自我介紹內容應強調應徵動機以及想應徵崗位，因此收集好相關崗位情報，自我介紹時才能胸有成竹，切合主題。
3. 對目標公司所在地、規模、在全球活動概況等要事先有所解，包括總公司在國內設立分公司時間、業績表現、經營規模，以及今後打算開展業務等，若能得到業界評價更好。如無法得到書面資料，也要設法從該公司或其他同業中獲得情報。
二、英語面試時表現3方面（誠意，能力，業績）：
回答問題時口齒要清晰、語調適中。內容要有條理、避免重複。介紹工作經歷採用倒序，從最近一份工作談起，着重強調有利於新工作職務經歷。最好能說明曾擔任何種職務、實際成績、業績等，以及自己工作對原來公司影響。凡和此次應徵不相關內容，儘量避免提及。話題緊扣以下3方面來展現自己優勢。
1、誠意。某個問題發表完見解之後，可以附帶加上一句：I?d like to hear your opinion.(我很想聽聽你意見。)這句話表明你對面試人尊敬，很容易使他(她)產生親切感。當面試人在試探你應聘誠意時，應該及時表態：So far as that is concerned， you must have understood my determination.(談到這裏，您一定已經明白我決心。)問些與工作內容相關問題，能表現你對這份工作興趣。如：What other responsibilities do you think this job will include?
2、能力。當你知道招聘單位目前急於用人時，首先把自己專長講足說夠，然後順理成章地得出結論：I think your unit needs a man like me.(我想，貴單位需要象我這樣人才。)用這樣句式，讓面試人認爲你是站在他們立場上說話，在替他們發展考慮問題，於是更容易接受你。陳述自己任職資格時，可以這麼開頭：I?m qualified for the job because……(我能勝任這項工作，是因爲……)接着陳述理由。當面試人在審視你究竟能不能勝任此職時，參照標準已不再是他心目中標準，而是你列舉理由。
3、業績。外國公司面試喜歡用事實說話，用數字說話，爲證明你能力，你可以把過去經歷聯繫起來，說明你曾經爲以前公司解決過跟現在僱主所面臨類似問題：I explored BEIJING market and sold 50，000 sets in one year.(我開發北京市場，一年銷售出去5萬套。)
三、英語面試時具備3P原則：
自我介紹時應該記住“3P原則”：Pertinent(中肯)，Personal(個性)，Positive(自信)。
談吐自信，就是要積極地進行自我肯定，讓面試人充分解你優點與潛能。突出個性，就是要把自己與衆不同特點發揮出來，強調自己專業與能力。語氣中肯，就是要實事求是，不要言過其實，誇誇其談，也不要涉及和自己無關事情。
自我介紹應簡潔明，給面試人留下思路清晰、反應快捷、邏輯性強印象。自我介紹時間不宜太長，話不宜太多，最好控制在五分鐘之內。不要一談起自己就口若懸河，滔滔不絕，以免言多語失。另外，在自我介紹時應避免過多地使用“I”(我)，不要每個句子一開頭就冒出一個“I”字，給人留下自我標榜、以自我爲中心印象。
靈活應聘者往往會把“我”開頭話，變成“你”字打頭。例如，面試人說：Would you please say something about yourself?(請你談談自己情況好嗎?)應聘者則說：Do you want me to talk about my personal life or to say something about the job?(你想讓我談談我個人生活呢，還是與這份工作有關問題?)這樣，你談話就把面試人擺進去。這種談話方式所產生效果是不言而喻。面試畢竟是面試人與應聘者互相溝通一種場合，應聘者時常把面試人擺進自己談話當中去，自然而然就起到互相溝通作用。
英語面試中，當然要對英語口語一個要求是很高，所以在投遞簡歷後，我們就可以開始準備我們面試（這樣準備時間會更充足），我們可以多找一些英語面試題庫來做參考，同時多準備一些句型。這樣準備好後，能讓我們面試更加事半功倍。
