面試陷阱時刻警惕
面試一個求職過程不容忽略的過程，想要面試過程表現出色，那麼每個細節都不容忽視，直到面試的最後一秒。據調查顯示，很多求職者整場表現都很出色，但爲什麼最後沒有被錄用呢?很多人往往都輸在了最後。下面就爲大家舉個例子，在面試最後，很多面試官都會在面試的最後時刻拋出一個看似漫不經心的問題：“你還有什麼問題要問我們的嗎?”面對這個問題，你萬不可掉以輕心!很多人都倒在了這面試最後5分鐘裏。
太高估自己
讓獵頭印象深刻的是一個叫阿K的求職者。阿K工作了5年，經過5年的磨練，他覺得自己各方面的工作技能都有了顯著提高，尤其是英語水平突飛猛進。當他在報紙上看到一家500強外企在招聘部門經理祕書時，信心十足地認爲以自己眼下的資歷這個職位非他莫屬。阿K在面試環節的前30分鐘裏表現得都算不錯，然而卻栽在了最後5分鐘的“提問環節”上。
阿K最後5分鐘的提問讓面試官啼笑皆非。他問道：“我只想提兩個問題：一、聽說貴公司遭受金融風暴的打擊較深，這一季度公佈的財報不是很好，請問公司有什麼對策?二、最近你們的競爭對手××公司出臺了一系列推廣新產品的市場活動，收效很不錯，而你們的新產品卻遲遲沒有推出，請問貴公司在新產品推廣上是怎麼考慮的?具體有哪些市場推廣計劃呢?”
面對阿K一臉傲氣的`樣子，面試官很有禮貌地笑了笑，用標準的公關辭令迴避了這些問題。阿K在面試之後感覺很好，卻一直都沒接到對方公司的複試通知……
Tips：阿K面試的是部門經理祕書，只是一個普通的行政職位，並非總經理祕書，更不是董事會祕書，而阿K最後的提問姿態完全是站在高管或者媒體記者的立場上，自然會令面試官啼笑皆非。最後的面試提問環節，看似面試官創造出一股隨意開放的氣氛，給予求職者充分的提問空間，但面試官暗中考量的是，求職者的關注點和興趣點是否在於這份工作本身，對於這個公司的企業文化等是否認同。在其位謀其職，求職者請不要在面試時過分高估自己;而“知彼”方能判斷未來的職位和公司是否適合自己，也請不要浪費了提問的機會。
騎驢找馬
還有一個跳槽的人，在面試的最後5分鐘也表現得“非正常”。阿A是學平面設計的，去面試的崗位是某廣告公司的廣告文案策劃。在整個面試的大部分時間中，他都表現得中規中矩，也從面試官那邊得到了一些比較積極的暗示。結合他的個人履歷，原本他被錄取的機率還是存在的，但問題也出在最後一環。
最後面試官問：“你還有什麼問題要問的嗎?”他的回答是：“我想了解一下你們這裏做網頁設計的工作需要會幹點什麼，因爲這個好像和我的專業也相關的……”結果，他沒有接到該公司的入職電話。
Tips：阿A的例子可能表現得比較極端，但確有不少求職者都會遇到類似的問題。他們眼裏是立馬準備要去面試的這個崗位，內心其實又覺得另外有幾個崗位說不定自己也可以嘗試一下。於是內心默默地給自己留了幾條後路。做多手準備是沒錯的，但是當具體到某一場面試時還是要按捺住自己“不安的心”，先對待好眼前的這場“演出”。
