Such as how to decided on the design condition，how to select out the heating and refrigerating sources，the Hvac design in the hall，and air distribution，moisture control is analysized，The relative solution are also provided Keywords：the swimming gymnasium the HVAC system the special prolblems the relative solution 福建省游泳館位於福州市省體育中心西北角。該建築地下一層，地上二層，整個館平面由二個對稱直徑爲76米的半圓和中間16米寬連接帶組成，其空間是球面直徑不等的兩個半圓殼體和中間16米寬單曲圓柱體過渡段構成。二個半圓殼體形成了不同的使用空間。底層設一個標準跳水池（20×25米）和一個十遊道游泳池（25×50米），兩個池平面佈局採取“品”字形佈置。游泳池看臺底下設有一個熱身池（10×25米），熱身池旁設有健身設施，底層還設有與訓練比賽配套使用的附屬用房，如更衣室、淋浴室、廁所、醫務室、裁判休息以及電視傳播等技術用房；二層爲看臺、休息廳、記分牌等技術用房。水處理用房、鍋爐房、冷凍機房、空調機房等設在地下室。本館標準按現行國際比塞要求設計，規模可作爲省、市級比賽館，可以滿足游泳、跳水、水球、花樣游泳、蹼泳等各項比賽要求。
