一、認真對待選項，從選項中抓關鍵資訊。具體來說，在聽前短短的幾秒之內，我們要確定各個選項的主要內容，重點標記名詞、動詞等實詞。爲了節省我們的閱讀時間，提高記憶效率。

二、透過選項內容合理推測聽力文章內容，確定大概話題範圍。
