要寫出一份出色的個人簡歷不光是對找工作很用更是讓陌生人對本人第一步瞭解和拉進關係的線。而且必須有原則性。第一原則是要有重點。一個招聘者希望看到你對自己的事業採取的是認真負責的態度。不要忘記僱主在尋找的是適合某一特定職位的人,這個人將是數百應聘者中最合適的一人。

第二條原則:是把簡歷看作一份廣告,推銷自己。最成功的廣告則要有簡短而富有感召力,同時能夠多次重複重要的資訊。簡歷應該限制在一頁紙以內,個人情況介紹不要以段落的形式出現,儘量運用動作性短語使語言更加鮮活有力;在簡歷頁面上端寫一段總結性的語言,陳述你在求職上最大的優勢,然後再在個人介紹中將這些優勢以經歷和成績的形式加以敘述。

一、真實性

簡歷是給企業的第一張"名片",不可以撒謊,更不可以摻假,可進行優化處理。專家說,優化不等於摻假,即可以選擇把強項進行突出,將弱勢進行忽略。比如一個應屆畢業大學生,可以重點突出在校時的學生會工作和實習、志願者、支教等工作經歷,不單單是陳述這些經歷本身,更重要的是提煉出自己從中得到了什麼具有價值的經驗,而這些收穫能在今後持續發揮效用。如此一來,HR便不會用"應屆生沒工作經驗"爲由而拒你於千里之外了。

二、針對性

做簡歷時可以事先結合職業規劃確定出自己的求職目標,做出有針對性的版本,運用專門的語言對不同企業進行求職遞送簡歷,這樣做往往更容易得到HR的認可,而不是看着千篇一律的海投簡歷感覺到索然無味。

三、價值性

把最有價值的內容放在簡歷中,無關痛癢的不需要浪費篇幅,使用語言講究平實、客觀和精練,太感性的描述不宜出現。通常簡歷的篇幅爲A4紙版面1-2頁,不宜過長,內容不能只有一頁半、半頁,最好能整理成一頁。簡歷中儘量提供能夠證明自己工作業績的量化數據,比如拓展了多少個新的市場客戶,年銷售業績達到多少萬元,每年發表學術論文多少篇等。最好還可以提供能夠提高職業含金量的成功經歷,比如完成了一個很難的項目,拿下了一個很大的客戶等。對於自己獨有的經歷一定要保留,在著名公司工作、參加著名培訓、與著名人物接觸等都可以重點突出處理。

四、條理性

將公司可能僱傭你的理由用自己過去的經歷有條理的表達出來,最重點的內容有:個人基本資料、工作經歷(職責和業績)、教育與培訓經歷,次重要的資訊有:職業目標(這個一定要標示出來)、核心技能、背景概述、語言與計算機能力以及獎勵和榮譽資訊,其它的資訊可不作展示,對於自己的最閃光點可以點到即止,不要過於詳細,留在面試時再作詳盡的展開。

(一)、資訊真實保護個人隱私

“一定要找好自己的關鍵詞!”,招聘公司網上尋覓,通常以學歷、資歷、薪資要求、職位意向等爲關鍵詞,快速篩選求職者。所以,大學生填寫網絡個人簡歷時,要將自己條塊化,放進相應的關鍵詞裏,在每一個標籤下,用直觀的數字和實例介紹自己。工作經驗、兼職經歷、性格愛好、個人能力等簡介,要避免大篇的文字描述,儘量濃縮量化成“一二三”等幾小點,如參與了哪些項目,寫清楚項目的軟、硬件環境即可;薪資要求要精確到具體數字,少用含糊其詞的“上下”、“左右”等;求職意向不要雜,最好是彼此相關地職位羣。

網絡資訊,魚龍混雜,要懂得識破騙子公司的網絡欺詐,別找錯“婆家”。建議投簡歷前先看一下有關防騙的文章,招聘用語暗藏玄機,讀懂大小公司的招聘“網語”,有助於大學生網上求職,少走彎路,避免受騙上當。正規大公司有專業的人力資源部門,網絡招聘中公司簡介、職位描述、招聘要求等往往具體而貼切,如職責能力要求、在公司中的位置、向誰負責、由誰領導、薪資待遇、假期規定等都會條分縷析,一一註明。而那些過於簡單、籠統、千篇一律的公司和職位描述,其背後可能潛伏着一個說謊的“皮包”公司。

(四)、關鍵細節

1、要仔細檢查已成文的個人簡歷,絕對不能出現錯別字、語法和標點符號方面的低級錯誤。最好讓文筆好的朋友幫你審查一遍,因爲別人比你自己更容易檢查出錯誤。

2、個人簡歷最好用A4標準複印紙打印,字型最好採用常用的宋體或楷體,儘量不要用花裏呼哨的藝術字型和彩色字, 排版要簡潔明快,切忌標新立異,排的像廣告一樣。當然,假設你應聘的是排版工作則是例外。

3、要記住個人簡歷必須突出重點,它不是個人自傳,與申請的工作無關的事情要儘量不寫,而對申請的工作有意義的經歷和經驗絕不能漏掉。

4、要保證簡歷會使招聘者在30秒之內,即可判斷出投遞者的價值,同時決定是否聘用。

5、個人簡歷越短越好,因爲招聘人沒時間或者不願意花太多的時間閱讀一篇冗長空洞的個人簡歷。最好在一頁紙之內完成,一般不要超過兩頁。

6、要切記不要僅僅寄你的個人簡歷給應聘的公司,附上一封簡短的應聘信,會使公司增加對好感。否則,成功的機率將大大降低。

7、要儘量提供個人簡歷中提到的業績和能力的證明資料,並作爲附件附在個人簡歷的後面。一定要記住是複印件,千萬不要寄原件給招聘單位,以防丟失。
