顧客終於決定要買貨物了，到了付款結帳的`關頭也不要掉以輕心哦！禮貌得體的語言會給顧客一個好印象。

當顧客問你："How much will this be"（多少錢？），你可以說"Just a moment, please. I'll calculate that for you."（請等一下，我算算看。）

如今分期付款很流行，所以要學會說："You can buy them by installment."
