在這21天裏，建議大家以這樣的模式進行：專項訓練+真題/模擬題實戰+錯題筆記，總結自己的應試技巧，時間分配如下：
前兩週(第1天—第14天)：強度訓練
週一至週五：專項訓練。主要是練習閱讀，聽力，注意要嚴格按照考試時間和考試標準來，每次做完對照答案之後要總結，自己是怎麼做錯了，是不是老在一個地方犯錯，比如做聽力的時候數字老是聽錯，那麼這個時候你就要找時間去專門聽一些數字;
如果今天沒做聽力專項訓練，那麼你就要找時間聽點聽力了(BBC經濟新聞就很適合用來練習)，可以不做題，主要是讓耳朵不會生疏;
寫作的話，因爲都有固定的格式和模板，所以可以三天練一次，每次練習兩篇，這兩篇一定是不同種的，比如今天練習寫圖標描述和note，下次練習report和email，這樣交叉練習，把格式都弄熟，平時積累的一些詞語能用都儘量用上。
口語的練習可以很靈活，因爲只要我們的嘴閒着的時候我們隨時隨地都可以練習，所以利用好閒散時間很重要哦，如果有口語搭檔的話最好了，沒有的話就自己跟自己說吧，不要爲沒有搭檔而特別煩惱，如果考試時你的搭檔溝通能力很強，那就很好辦了，假如他不愛說話，那麼你就得提前想一想到時候怎麼引導他，要想一些詢問對方意見的英文說法啊，或是其他的。
週六、週日：真題訓練。一天一套真題或模擬題，做題時間儘量與考試時間一樣，早上九點開始，每部分的時間都要嚴格控制好，這樣比較容易發現我們在時間分配上的問題，儘早找出應對策略。最好能找到一些也考BEC的同學，大家在一起模擬。其實模擬最重要的目的是總結適合自己的答題技巧，很多同學都說BEC考試時間不夠，所以如何在有限的時間內得到更多的分就要靠答題技巧，加入時間不夠，什麼題目是我要捨棄的，什麼題目我答了就一定能拿分，自己的'優劣勢一定要提前分析出來，最後形成自己的應試策略。當然還有注意總結錯誤，寫到本子上哦，考試之前拿出來看下，其實也不只是記錄錯題而已，還可以記一些自己的心得體會，如寫作時要注意時態一致之類的。
最後一週(第15天—第20天)：實戰演練+錯題鞏固
集中進行真題/模擬題訓練，可以每天練習一次，最後兩次練習一定一定要嚴格按照考試時間來做!每次模擬之前都要看一下錯題筆記上的心得，最好把一些重要的摘出來，抄在封皮上，提醒自己要注意的地方。這一週是整理知識體系的時間，對於錯題和真題的利用一定要把握好。
考試前一天(第21天)：
準備考試用品，熟悉考場，晚上的時候翻看一下錯題筆記，看明天哪些地方是需要注意的，另外就是聽聽力了，最後就是按時睡覺!
