Telephone interview 時間大概45min 到90min， 因人而異，主要都是三哥三姐打的電話。
主要分爲3大部分：
Part1 ：背景確認
何時畢業之類的問題，聽清楚了答Yes了就OK;
part2 ： 申請動機調查
這類問題又分爲兩類 (請根據自己實際情況換掉紅色關鍵字)：

part3 open-ended questiones 此類問題是interview的`主要部分，佔70%的提問時間，涉及很多細節問題和following questiones.
第一類：
Given an example of a time when you have to deliverhigh standard ling a big me about an incident where you solved a problem systematically?Why you chose to do it in a systematic way? was the task? When exactly? How long did youprepared? 你的角色是什麼2. Why do you have to do it systematically/ why it should behigh standard?3. Explain how did you use a systematic approach there? 你的步驟是什麼4. How did you ensure you and your colleagues work are of highstandard? 5. How did you ensure you will deliver it on time? / How didyou ensure everyone meets and 9. What is the result? / What was the outcome of the project? deadline? / How tomeet deadlines?6. What was the biggest challenge? How did you cope with it?7. How did you usually organize yourself?8. How do you avoid mistakes?
第二類：
Tell me about a time when you worked in a team andhad to resolve me about a time when you had a conflictwith in a team. Tell me about when you lead a team; work with diversepeople face difficulty Working in a team, innovate something tosolve a problem, when it turn out not as you expect…Describe a situation in which you had a team member that an example of a time when youhave to work with someone who has different opinions?1.我們的project是做什麼的，爲什麼要做這個，做的過程中樓主什麼角色2. How many people there? What was the proportion againstyou? What was your opinion & theirs (cuz he tried to figure out if my logicwas perfect)?3. deadline4. What was your rationale?5. Why were they against you?6. How did you manage the relationship between your members?/ How did you establish relationship with people (I mentioned that as a meansto solve conflict)?7. How did you convince them? How did you work the conflictout? 8. Any other methods youve used?9. What was the outcome? 10. Would you do things differently if there is a secondchance? Why?11. Did you reach your original goal? 12. What was thelesson learnt?
第三類：
Give an example that you adapt to changes quickly.A suddenchange happens, how do you adapt ?How long do you take adapt into a new environment?1. What were the things that you needed to adapt to?2. Why did you need to adapt to that quickly? What’s yourmotivation to adapt? Why not give up?3. How did you adapt to it? By which mean? Any other ways?4. What motivated you to keep going on?5. What was there sult? What was the outcome? -6. What did you learn from it?
此外還有一些類似的問法：
Tell me about your greatestachievement in the last 12 did you/ when did you encountereda problem, describe it and tell me how you solved was the biggest challenge youhave encounteredTell me a project you havedone.
