在寫MBA面試英文前對自己進行三輪自我拷問：
1.準備好紙和筆，第一次拷問自己：
我有哪些優點和優勢?
我有哪些背景和經歷?
可以發動朋友同事家人一起來想，所有可能想到的，一一寫在紙上。
2.總結完畢，再度拷問自己：
在這些優點和優勢中，我最大的優勢是什麼?
在這些背景和經歷中，我最與衆不同的地方是什麼?
3.結合上述兩輪的答案，第三次拷問自己：
我對(目標院校)北大光華管理學院有什麼利用價值?
把這個問題的答案想明白後再開始行文。
二.行文中
行文中始終牢牢記住一個原則：時刻考慮面試官的需要。--------我爲什麼要錄取你，而不是其他的人!?
自我介紹行文中，只有一條主線：我有一個理想，我缺乏一個平臺。我用過去的經歷和能力證明我有資格擠身於光華這個平臺，實現自己的理想。這條主線一定是非常清晰和可行的，中間缺的只是“給我一個平臺”這個環節。自我介紹的唯一任務就是要告訴面試官：你今天爲什麼一定要接收我!我們不是張君，你不接收我，老子一槍崩了你。我們要做的是打動面試官。達到一個“你不接收我，你會後悔，會是你(北大)的遺憾，你看着辦吧”的效果。

行文中幾個關鍵點：
1. 自信是整個自我介紹的基調。-----自己如果對自己沒信心，很難想象如何讓別人對自己有信心。但自信不是狂妄。把握好度!
2.一定要用英文思維，第一次就用英文寫作!-----人有一種天生的惰性和犯賤。要讀MBA一定能夠認識到這一點。關鍵是怎麼克服。很多學員希望別人爲自己寫好介紹，自己背背就行，這樣惰性不可能不在面試過程表現出來。所有人也都知道惰性的流露無疑會讓自己走向面試的死衚衕，但是還是要讓惰性控制自己。這就是犯賤。
