詢問信寫作“三步走”：
引言部分自我介紹並講明詢問目的→發展部分是詢問的主要內容→最後期待回覆並表示感謝。
注意：
爲了讓對方一目瞭然，也便於回答，在內容的安排上應該簡明扼要，可以用數字列出具體問題，如first, second, third or 1、2、3。
由於詢問有可能給對方帶來麻煩，所以語言應簡潔、清晰、無歧義。語氣禮貌、懇切。

感謝及相關資訊。
