首先，遇到這種情況不要慌張，先和面試官解釋一下自己不知道某個詞用英語怎麼說，然後快速的用中文說一下，再轉回用英文回答問題，將整個過程中出現中文的情況一帶而過。另外千萬記住要自信，不要讓hr看到你太緊張的情緒。
3.如何描述自己對於崗位的認識?
在你投遞了一個崗位之後，首先你最起碼要了解一下相關的資料，知道這個崗位是幹什麼的。大部分人找實習的時候都沒有過多的經驗，所以你就結合自己的'情況和了解到的資訊，講關於這個崗位的認識就好了。另外在描述的時候可以順帶着看誇一誇這個部門，表達一下自己希望得到這個offer進入這個部門的心態。

How to Answer “Tell Me about Yourself”?

This question seems simple,so many people fail to prepare for it.
Here's the deal: Don't give your complete employment (or personal) history. Instead give a pitch—one that’s concise and compelling and that shows exactly why you’re the right fit for the job. Start off with the 2-3 specific accomplishments or experiences that you most want the interviewer to know about, and then wrap up talking about how that prior experience has positioned you for this specific role.
You could say:
“Well, I’m currently an account executive at Smith, where I handle our top performing client. Before that, I worked at an agency where I was on three different major national healthcare brands. And while I really enjoyed the work that I did, I’d love the chance to dig in much deeper with one specific healthcare company, which is why I’m so excited about this opportunity with Metro Health Center.”

This is the most dreaded question of all. Handle it by minimizing your weakness and emphasizing your strengths. Stay away from personal qualities and concentrate on professional traits: "I am always working on improving my communication skills to be a more effective presenter. For example, "I've selected key companies whose mission statements are in line with my values, where I know I could be excited about what the company does, and this company is very high on my list of desirable choices."

Sometimes it's best to talk about short-term and intermediate goals rather than locking yourself into the distant future. For example, "My immediate goal is to get a job in a growth-oriented company. My long-term goal will depend on where the company goes. I hope to eventually grow into a position of responsibility."
