今天第一次找工作面試，因爲導師不讓實習，所以以打醬油的狀態來到面試地點，本來預約是2點，我們1點多就到了，隨即領了排隊的號碼排隊，沒過多久就輪到我參加一面(經驗一、提早去排隊)。
一面技術面，這方面華爲還是很鬆的，輕鬆都能過關，基本上分爲兩部分：語言，問的是c和c++的問題;項目。感覺自己語言方面還是比較扯淡，問到了c++的static變量和非static的區別，然後給了一個程序題，找改錯。確實蒙了，很長時間找不到錯，比較鬱悶，心想必掛了，給的程序是一個字元串倒敘的算法，主要錯誤有：字元串會有個'/o'所以在動態分配內存時，長度要+1，動態分配完後要判斷是否分配成功，程序結束後要free動態分配的空間(這個很容易忘了)，倒轉字元串後要加上'/0'.5處錯誤就找出2處，看來基礎還是不行，好的'習慣沒養成。然後是問項目，這塊忽悠的還可以，所以被告知一面透過。
接下來是二面，羣面。12人分兩組，先是自我介紹，說說優缺點，愛好。優缺點是主要的吧，面試官會即興提問，比如你說出一個缺點，他會說，舉個例子...然後是12人分兩組，6 vs 6辯論，我們的論題是愚公改移山還是搬家，然後討論，在討論的時候會有面試官在旁邊聽，一定要積極討論，再就是爭取第一個發言開題;第二個階段是辯論，這時候每個人只有一次發言機會，要注意聽別人和對方的觀點，做記錄，面試官可能會問你別人說了什麼。第三個階段是面試官爲難你了，他爲難我讓我說出我方最有力的論點，以及給我方人馬按表現排序，這個比較鬱悶。不過大膽的排序就是了,他還會問你的隊友對這個排序滿意否，以及會問被你排在後面的人有什麼意見，之類，總之是各種爲難人。
三面是性格測試，這個沒得準備，一些題換着說法循環出現，讓你在3個問題裏選一個最符合和最不符合。不少人過不了測試，華爲這個比較扯。

My name is——. There are 4 people in my family. My father is a Chemistryteacher. He teaches chemistry in senior high school. My mother is an English teacher. She teaches English in the university. I have a younger brother, he is a junior high school student and is preparing for the entrance exam.
I like to read English story books in my free time. Sometimes I surf the Internet and download the E- books to read. Reading E- books is fun. In addition, it also enlarges my vocabulary words because of the advanced technology and the vivid animations.
I hope to study both English and computer technology because I am interested in both of the subjects. Maybe one day I could combine both of them and apply to my research in the future.
