三、遵守紀律方面本人嚴格遵守學校的各項規章制度，不遲到、不早退、有事主動請假。在工作中，尊敬領導、團結同事，能正確處理好與領導同事之間的關係。平時，勤儉節約、任勞任怨、對人真誠、熱愛學生、人際關係和諧融洽，從不鬧無原則的糾紛，處處以一名人民教師的要求來規範自己的言行，毫不鬆懈地培養自己的綜合素質和能力。
四、科研方面我和同事經常互相學習，探討一些在教育教學中所遇到的困惑和解決的策略。因爲是代課教師，外出學習的機會較正式老師來說是很少的，但我從不輕易放棄任何一次外出學習的機會，把握每次的報告講座機會，空餘時間便見縫插針地翻閱一些教育教學雜誌，這使我的教育教學能力得到了較大的提高。
