寫求職信的步驟
1.開頭:
簡單告訴收信人你是從何處獲取到此職位資訊,並表明你的求職心願(即寫信目的).
after reading your advertisement for a secretary in today’s english paper, i want to offer myself to the position.
2.正文:
①提供你的若干個人資訊資料：年齡、婚姻狀況及身體狀況.
(1). i’m 19 years old, male, unmarried. i’m 1.75 meters tall, strong and healthy.
②詳細告訴對方有關你的學歷、工作經歷(與此工作相關的兼職工作、假期打工)及與此工作相關的個人興趣、愛好等;
(2). i’ve just graduated from a senior middle school of beijing. last year, i got the first place in the english composition contest in west district, beijing. i type quite well and can use computers skillfully.
3.結尾:
①再次表達你想得到這份工作的願望，並表達感激之情.
i’d like to be your secretary very much. if these meet your requirements, i’ll be very thankful for your kindness .
② 展望未來,表明決心,希望得到面試機會.
of course i’ll work hard and well if i can hold the position. i’m eager for your early reply.
③說明聯繫方式或者進一步聯繫的時間，地點
4.落款
因爲求職信一般是寫給不熟悉的人,所以要用正式文體和格式寫.
