催眠對話

反面試

你提問題給面試官的時候。說自己思考了很久的問題,就是這家公司和它的競爭對手最大的區別在哪裏、對員工的待遇和生涯規劃都是怎麼考慮的、有什麼不同。例如,你面試的公司是可口可樂,那麼就問:可口可樂和百事可樂的相比最大區別在哪裏,它們對待員工的待遇和生涯規劃都是怎麼考慮的?

很顯然,上述問題都是面試官最熟練的問題,他們通常會職業性的回答上述問題,並且努力向你證明自己的公司是最優秀的。當他說到自己公司比競爭對手優秀的時候,你要請他仔細說明一次,然後予以肯定和讚賞。這樣就把面試變成了反面試,也就是他們拼命向你證明自己的公司是最好的,希望你的加入,就達到效果了。

人們都會下意識爲自己的立場維護和辯解,要給他們機會辯解,並且證實這個辯解成功。面試官要是爲了最終說服你而感到高興,反面試就成功了,這比去說服對方自己有多優秀要容易多了。

說白了就是要讓對方回答你想要他回答的問題,以此來控制話題和時間進度。
