面試成功掌握的5個技巧

技巧1:座右銘與應聘行業相關

透過提問座右銘用人單位就可以判斷面試者是否具有發展前途。面試者不要說那些易引起不好聯想的座右銘,也不應說那些太抽象的座右銘,更不宜說太長的座右銘。座右銘最好能反映出自己某種優秀品質,或者和本專業、本行業相關的`一句話,比如“只爲成功找方法,不爲失敗找藉口”。

技巧2:說與工作“無關緊要”的缺點

當考官問到你的缺點時,面試者不能說自己沒缺點,也不能把那些明顯的優點說成缺點,但更不能挑嚴重影響所應聘工作的缺點,或者說令人不放心、不舒服的缺點。可以說出一些對於所應聘工作“無關緊要”的缺點,甚至是一些表面上看是缺點,從工作的角度看卻是優點的缺點。

考官問到“你爲什麼選擇我們公司?”時就試圖從此題中瞭解面試者求職的動機、願望以及對此項工作的態度,面試者最好不要說太多待遇好等,可以說“我十分看好貴公司所在的行業,我認爲貴公司十分重視人才,而且這項工作很適合我,相信自己一定能做好。”

技巧3:遇到提問陷阱採用迂迴戰術

“如果我錄用你,你將怎樣開展工作”這是一道陷阱題,如果應聘者對於應聘的職位缺乏足夠的瞭解,最好不要直接說出自己開展工作的具體辦法,以免引起不良的效果。面試者可以嘗試採用迂迴戰術來回答,如“首先聽取領導的指示和要求,然後就有關情況進行了解和熟悉,接下來制定一份近期的工作計劃並報領導批准,最後根據計劃開展工作。

技巧4:迴避回答對上級具體的希望

“你希望與什麼樣的上級共事?”透過面試者對上級的“希望”可以判斷出面試者對自我要求的意識,這既是一個陷阱,又是一次機會。面試者要好好把握此機會,最好迴避對上級具體的希望,多談對自己的要求,如“做爲剛步入社會新人,我應該多要求自己儘快熟悉環境、適應環境,而不應該對環境提出什麼要求,只要能發揮我的專長就可以了。”

技巧5:儘量體現機智、果敢和敬業

“你是應屆畢業生,缺乏經驗,如何能勝任這項工作?”此題的回答應體現出面試者的誠懇、機智、果敢及敬業。如“作爲應屆畢業生,在工作經驗方面的確會有所欠缺,因此在讀書期間我一直利用各種機會在這個行業裏做兼職。我也發現,實際工作遠比書本知識豐富、複雜。但我有較強的責任心、適應能力和學習能力,而且比較勤奮,所以在兼職中均能圓滿完成各項工作,從中獲取的經驗也令我受益匪淺。請貴公司放心,學校所學及兼職的工作經驗使我一定能勝任這個職位。”
