你的工作表現不能決定你的薪水
  While your performance is one important factor in the salary equation, your pay is also a reflection of many other factors, including:
  雖然在薪資評定中,你的表現是其中最重要的影響因素之一,但是你的薪水也是其他多方面的綜合表現,主要包括以下方面:
  1)The job market -- lower pay is more acceptable in tighter job markets.
  就業市場--在競爭激烈的就業市場上低薪更容易找到工作。
  2)Location -- generally the higher the cost of living, the higher your salary.
  地理位置--一般來說,消費水平越高的地方,薪資越高。
  3)Years of service -- in many cases, the longer you've been with a company, the higher your pay.
  工作年限--很多情況下,你在一家公司呆的`時間越長,你的薪資越高。
  4)Organization size -- large organizations tend to pay more than small ones.
  公司大小--大公司比小公司開出的薪水更高。
