Dear Mr. Ryan,
I am writing this letter to discuss with you the possibilities of financing our project. Our project has been designed to construct a bridge over the Thames River so that it reduces the traffic jam and helps people in making their journey comfortable. We request you to finance our project. I assure you that it will be a profitable project for you. Two companies have already invested their money in it. I think if you can join then it will be a great opportunity for us. Our company has successfully completed many such projects earlier.
All the regulatory clearances have been done. There is no risk in this project because a group of top and expert engineers are handling the construction job. They have checked all the materials needed to construct the bridge. After making this bridge, a toll tax will be fixed for using the bridge and I assure that we will get more then what we have invested.
