 互相尊重

人與人之間交往一定要互相尊重,這是非常重要的第一。如果你仗着自己有背景,有權勢就不給人好臉色看,或者語出傷人。這些都只會給你自己帶來麻煩,只有給予對方尊重纔有溝通。如果對方不尊重你時,你也要適當的請求對方的尊重,否則很難溝通。既然互相尊重了,那麼自然也就不會再過多的挑剔,所謂人不犯我我不犯人,說是就是這個道理,接人待物也好,還是電話與溝通也好,只有尊重才能是做好溝通最快的關鍵。

 做人要坦白

坦白的講出內心的感受和想法,是一個做爲職場人最重要的第二點。不要面對問題總是支支吾吾吐不出一個字,這樣的人會讓上司感到反感。如果你做錯了事情,那麼就要坦白的說出來,並附上一句真誠的道歉。在職場上打死不認錯是大忌,一旦被發現你隱瞞真相,那麼你的人品將會被大打折扣。在討論問題上,不需要拐彎抹角,因爲這是爲了大家的利益以及公司利益着想,就算兩個人之間曾經有過摩擦,但在利益面前,可以適當先放下,過後再進行坦白說清楚原因。

 謹防禍從口出

雖然說直來直往沒有錯,但在職場中是非常忌諱此類的直言。禍從口出,相信看宮廷勾心鬥角的網友們一定也相信在職場中也不缺乏這類的問題。如果說了不該說的話,往往需要花費很大的代價去彌補,正是所謂的“一言既出,駟馬難追”、“病從口入,禍從口出”,有的甚至還可能造成無可彌補的終生遺憾!所以溝通不能夠信口雌黃、口無遮攔,但是完全不說話,有時侯也會變得更惡劣。
